Contest Kaki (“we”, “us”) operates contestkaki.com, a directory of contests and giveaways in Malaysia. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Browsing: you can browse Contest Kaki without an account. Like most websites, we automatically receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring pages.

Accounts: if you create an account (for example to save contests or submit a listing), we collect your email address, name and company name where provided. Authentication is handled by Supabase.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on site, approximate location). This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

We display advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings.

How we use your information

We use collected data to operate and improve the site, review submitted contests, send account-related notifications (such as contest deadline reminders you opt into), and measure site performance. We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party links

Contest listings link to official contest pages run by the organising brands. Those sites have their own privacy policies — entering a contest happens on the organiser's site, and we are not responsible for how organisers handle your data.

Data retention and your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). To do so, email hello@contestkaki.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
