Lotus's Chef Challenge 2026 – Dari Dapur ke Pentas

Dari Dapur ke Pentas – Lotus's Chef Challenge 2026 is a culinary competition endorsed by the Professional Culinaire Association Malaysia and the World Association of Chefs Societies. Submission period: 1–30 September 2026. The live competition takes place on 31 October – 1 November 2026 at Lotus's Ampang. Two categories: Professional Chef (chefs in the HORECA industry, aged 25–40) and Young Chef (home cooks, students and aspiring chefs, aged 18–30). Prizes for each category: Grand Prize RM3,000, 1st Runner Up RM2,000, 2nd Runner Up RM1,000 and 8 x Consolation RM300 (all in Lotus's Cash Vouchers). The top 3 Professional Chefs advance to the Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge (TUCC) 2027; the top 3 Young Chefs advance to Culinaire Malaysia 2027. See the official campaign page for how to join.
